Cool Toy Storage Options from Boon

Toy Storage BagsTrying to get kids to put their toys away is a lot easier when they have a cool place to put them. Modern baby furniture manufacturer Boon recognized this and created a fun toy storage options that most kids are delighted to fill with their plush animals and dolls.

Boon toy bags become cushiony bean bags when filled with plush toys. The more toys your kids put away, the softer and bouncier their toy bag will become! The Boon toy storage bags are made from soft, high quality materials that are machine washable. Because these toy bags don't need foam fillers like most bean bags, they're a great eco-friendly alternative.

Boon's innovation in toy storage extends to bathtime too, with their unique Frog Pod for storing and cleaning bath toys, and shampoos and soap too. The Frog Pod is specifically designed to make bath toy clean-up easy and mess free for parents -- just remove the built-in scoop, gather up the bath toys in the tub, and run the basket under water to rinse off the soapy water. Your bath toys will be quickly picked up and stored in the clever Frog Pod.

Boon's designs are driven by a strong desire to create contemporary products that help simplify parents’ lives while retaining their personal style.

Starck for Babies

Designer Philippe Starck is one of our favorites, but only lately have we been able to train our babies' tastes with his new collection of strollers, high chairs and changing bags for Maclaren.

Starck has revolutionized the baby gear marketplace with his innovative, award-winning design expertise. Unlike many modern designers, Starck’s work does not concentrate on the creation of provocative and expensive single pieces. Instead, they are usable, stylized, streamlined and aesthetically organic. Don't be fooled by the cool look of these baby designs -- while more attractive than most, functionality was not sacrificed for style.

Philippe Starck Changing BagIf you've been looking for a cool, unisex diaper bag, the changing bag that Starck designed for Maclaren is one of the best options we've found. Made in carbon black quilted, stain resistenant material that is easily cleaned, the diaper bag's flap doubles as a changing mat. Easy to care for, stylish for moms or dads... what more could a parent want?

Bugaboo Bee - Pre-Ordering Has Begun!

Bugaboo Bee With almost as much hype in the parenting world as the latest Harry Potter book (well, maybe not, but it seems like it!), the Bugaboo Bee is already stacking up orders from parents who want to make sure their Bee is ready and waiting to ship out when the new Bugaboo product launches on Sept. 1.

What's all the fuss about? The Bee is a more affordable ($529), more transportable Bugaboo alternative to their ever-popular Cameleon, Frog and Gecko. The Dutch design company is famous for their sturdy, attractive buggies, and consumers can expect no less of this latest Bugaboo model. The Bee features a compact, nimble, foldable design that accomodates babies as they grow from infant to toddler size, and is offered with all of the same versatile accessories to help you stroll your baby through the worst weather (the rain canopy, footmuff or bee baby nest), or the brightest (the sunshade and a parasol that can also shade the stroller's escort). The yellow Bee is truly reminiscent of the cheery, busy bumblebee, but if yellow is too bold for you, try red, blue, black, or our favorite, the neutral dark khaki.

The Bee's launch is what Bugaboo afficionados have been waiting for -- all their favorite Bugaboo features, designed for travel. Keep this model in your car for Bugaboo daytrips, and save your Cameleon, Frog or Gecko for strolling in your own neighborhood.

For an entertaining and enlightening view of all of the Bugaboo Bee's features, check out the Bee video on Bugaboo.com. Choreographed by "Scrubs" choreographer Lance MacDonald, the Bugaboo Bee video is almost as amazing as the stroller itself.
