Halloween Recipes: Devilish and Delicious

Don’t let me make you nervous but there are NINE days left until Halloween! Now I’m sure you don’t need me to motivate you to get moving on your decorations, Halloween recipes, and Halloween costume ideas since your children probably have been celebrating this spooktacular holiday since the start of October. The idea of Halloween has probably been on your children’s minds for weeks, or perhaps months, since they started seeing premature Halloween merchandise pop up in every store window on the drive to school.

A great way to keep your kids busy is by putting them in the kitchen to whip up some ghoulish treats for a fun afterschool snack. Today’s recipes all come from the food experts themselves: Food Network. While most of us drool over the delicious food presented in front of us on our TV screen, I’m sure many of us think, “Would I be able to make that?” Well, these Halloween treats certainly aren’t anything close to the complexity of Giada’s Chocolate Tiramisu, but they still look and taste great! Plus, your kids will love them! Who wouldn’t want to eat an eyeball cupcake or caramel spider?!

Ghostly Pumpkin Pudding
Caramel Pear Mice
Pecan Caramel Spiders
Vampire Blood Tomato Soup & Muenster Grilled Cheese

I love these Halloween ideas! So cute. I'm an Editor of the recipe site RecipeLion and I just did an article about utilizing Halloween candy leftovers in baked goods. Thought your readers might enjoy: http://blog.recipelion.com/how-to-use-leftover-halloween-candy/
